The integrated policy applied by BEO TRADE COM - LORATEL HOLDINGS LTD. in the field of quality, environment, occupational safety and security of the supply chain is based on the management’s commitment to provide services that meet customer requirements in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, without significantly affecting the environment, while ensuring health and safety in the workplace.

To achieve these goals, the practical application of the provisions of the Manual for Integrated Management is mandatory for all employees, who act consistently towards achieving the objectives arising from this policy, by considering the risks and opportunities, as well as the life cycle of products involved in the operating processes.

The company's management is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the integrated management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 28000: 2007, so as to continuously increase the efficiency of the processes that are specific for the organization’s field of activity, to reduce pollution and the negative impact on the environment as well as ensure health and safety in the workplace.

The general objectives of the company in terms of quality, environment, health and safety at work and security of the supply chain are oriented in the following directions:

• Increasing the competitiveness of the services provided through the qualification, training and experience of the employees, as well as through their proven competence.
• Ensuring the availability of the human, material, informational and infrastructure resources necessary for the continuous improvement of the system's efficiency, and the improvement of the working environment in order to achieve full compliance with the requirements in place.

• Effective management of waste that results from the company's activities.
